Fresh crunchy barhi dates are dried carefully and naturally in the Bahariya sunshine in a meticulous process that most farmers find too much hard work to undergo. For us it is absolutely worth it for tamr Barhi’s delectable sweet flavour with notes of butterscotch. Some tasters even prefer it over our renowned medjool dates.
